The Blanket Exercise is a powerful workshop that helps people understand the history of Native Americans in North America.

Blankets are arranged on the floor, representing North America, and participants are invited to step into the roles of Native Americans as the history of the land is explored.

The event will be held in the McGuire Room at the Traverse Area District Library (Woodmere) and is intended to be educational and informational.

Hosted by Watershed Church and facilitated by members of the Christian Reformed Church's Office of Social Justice.

Free for all ages, but ideal for kids 10+.
